1- Take a pot add sugar and water in it. Now put this pot on the gas and wait for a boil...

2-we make this syrup less then one thread consistency

3- now take a bowl and add maida and baking powder...mix well s.

4- now add 80 ml ghee and curd and make a rough dough with the help of water and fingers 5- now give rest to dough for 20 minute

. 6- now take a kadhai and add ghee for frying and put on the gas on low flame

8- now fry balushai in little bit hot ghee...about 12 to 15 minute

9- now dip balushai in medium hot syrup for 5 minute 10- balushai is ready...decorate with nariyal and pista

7- now take some dough for make balushai like small lemon size...roll it and press thumb between balushai
