    Boil 3/4 litres of water.

  2. 2

    Add maize flour little as you stir.

  3. 3

    Stir while add maize flour the ugalo is thick.

  4. 4

    Cover it with a lid until you get the good smell of ugali that means it already cooked.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with omena
