Cooking oil
Royco
Salt
1capsicum

Steps

Wash the mushroom well and keep aside. Then heat sufuria with oil then add onions.

Fry till golden brown then add tomatoes with capsicum. Then add mushroom

Stir then add 2 cups of water. Add salt with royco then cover to cook for 35 min.

Remove from heat and serve with Ugali
