#Bandhan - Chia seeds are a power house of fibre, calcium, protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, etc. You can easily make simple and delicious desserts with it without any effort. Today I incorporated it with mango puree and milk and made this amazing & yummy pudding. You can just mix and match and add any of your favourite fruit / flavour to these seeds and dish out healthy desserts / pudding for your family and friends.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfull fat milk
  2. 2 cupsmango puree
  3. 4 tbsp.chia seeds
  4. 1/4 tsp.cardamom powder
  5. 1 tsp.rose water
  6. 2-3 tbsp.raisins
  7. almonds & cashews to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend together milk, mango puree, cardamom powder and rose water.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, the blended smoothie and the raisins (save some to garnish).

  3. 3

    Refrigerate overnight. To serve, spoon into individual bowls / glasses and garnish with remaining raisins, almonds and cashews.
