Ingredients

  • 3-4chaap sticks cut into 1 inch pieces,
  • 1onion cut in square
  • 1tomato seed less cut in square
  • 1capsicum cut in square
  • for marination....
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 2 tspmustard oil
  • 1 tspkashmiri mirch
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tspchaat msala
  • as pr tastesalt
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • for gravy
  • 2 tbsphung curd
  • 2 tbspmalai ya cream
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix all ingredients of marination. now add all chaap pieces and mix well. it rest in refrigerator for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Now all pieces shallow fry on tawa with little oil & keep aside. take another bowl all gravy ingredients mix well & also mix all vegies & chaaps. Enjoy hot.
