Ingredients: 3-4 chaap sticks cut into 1 inch pieces,; 1 onion cut in square; 1 tomato seed less cut in square; 1 capsicum cut in square; for marination....; 1/2 cup hung curd; 2 tsp mustard oil; 1 tsp kashmiri mirch; 1/2 tsp haldi; 1/2 tsp chaat msala; as pr taste salt; 1 tsp ginger garlic paste; for gravy; 2 tbsp hung curd; 2 tbsp malai ya cream; 2 tbsp mayonnaise; 1/4 tsp salt

Take a bowl mix all ingredients of marination. now add all chaap pieces and mix well. it rest in refrigerator for 30 mins.

Now all pieces shallow fry on tawa with little oil & keep aside. take another bowl all gravy ingredients mix well & also mix all vegies & chaaps. Enjoy hot.
