Soak sabudana overnight or atleast 5-6 hrs.

Add salt peanut powder in it mix it

Mash boiled potato and add it. Add curd, coriander, chilli paste and tsp of sugar and mix it and make a ball.

Make the balls little flat.

Fry it in hot oil

Serve with- sweet curd, shengdana aamti, or just chips.
