Ingredients

  1. 500 gliver
  2. 15 mlsoil
  3. Salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash liver and cut them into small pieces

  2. 2

    Put to boil with ½ a cup of water and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Boil until water has dried up. Then add in oil andd start to fry until it start to become golden brown fry for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Fry until golden brown untill it turns dark brown.

  5. 5

    This should take about 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with Ugali.
