Cooking Instructions

Take chicken from freezer(if applicable) and let chicken thaw in the sink slowly.

Insert patience* Take the pretzels and place them in a deep bowl (preferably not glass or ceramic)

Not a step but if no patience available (You can at this point either blend the pretzels in a blender or food processor not recommended it becomes too loose for my liking and hold less of a crunch)

Begin crushing the pretzels with hands until the pretzels are all half or a quarter their original size. Then continue to mash pretzels with the bottom of a wide bottom cup.

Stop when the pretzels have a crushed and slightly rough consistency like picture.

Add spices to bowl and combine with hands or spoon.

Crack the two eggs into a bowl and mix in milk as well

Poke a few small holes in the chicken with a fork.

Place the chicken in the Egg/milk mix and sit for 1 minute.

Coat baking sheet with a light layer of oil or aluminum foil.

Roll chicken in pretzel/spice mixture and place on baking sheet

Bake breaded chicken in oven on 375° for 45-60 minutes. (When the pretzels’ brown deepens/darkens poke chicken with a fork, this is usually a signal of being cooked.

This time it's "Baked Chicken," a dish of chicken with tons of white sauce in a huge piece of bread.
