  • 3 lbchicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 2 tbspbaking powder

Steps

    In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour and seasonings. Add the chicken and coat with the four

    Prepare a large cookie sheet by covering with foil and spray with cooking oil. Arrange the chicken on the sheet at least 1 inch apart

    Bake for at least 30-35 minutes, turning at least once after 20 minutes.
