Pour flour in a pan or sufuria or small kitchen basin

Smash you two eggs and add them on the same pan

Warm the milk and add to the pan

Add about 100ml of oil on the pan

Crash the carrots to mix.

Add the crashed carrots in the mixture.

Stir vigorously to mix. Preliminary results of the above in the early stages will as:

Add two table spoons of sugar to taste.

Keep on adding flour as you stir. When the mixture turns into thick form, use your hand to make it effectively.

When the dough neither sticks on your hand or the pan then know it is ready for the next process.

Take the dough on a flat surface and roll it using rolling pin

Apply some oil on the top side

Using a knife cut the slab into stripes.

Roll the stripes with the oily sides being the interior.

Repeat the procedure until you finish all the stripes.

All the stripes will change into balls format ready for the next step.

Using rolling pin roll the balls and apply oil.

Fold the stripe ready for final roll.

Fold the stripe into small ball for the final roll.

Repeat 17, 18 and 19 until all is complete

Perform the final roll as you cook one at a time.

While your pan is on gas with very minimal fire, pour oil on the frying pan in very small quantity at time as you put the circled final roll on the pan.

As you watch careful, use the spoon to turn the other side to cook.

Loop processes 21,22and 23 until you are finished. You may cut the final circle product into patterns as shown.

You can roll as serve it in a simple but attractive format

Serve with any soup as sample shown.
