Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFor Batter : Besan (Gram flour)
  2. tspAjwain (carom seeds)1/2
  3. 1 pinchSoda. carb
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 large Boiled and mashed potatoes
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Pinchturmeric powder
  8. Red chilie powder
  9. leavesChopped Coriander
  10. 2chopped Green chillies
  11. 1 tspgrated ginger
  12. Oil for deep frying

    In a bowl take besan...add salt, soda bi carb and ajwain. Make batter by adding water to make thick flowing consistency

  3. 3

    In another bowl take mashed potatoes and add salt, turmeric powder, chillie powder, chopped green​ chillies, chopped coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Make lemon size balls and dip in batter and coat properly and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown as shown in pic

  5. 5

    Take pav (bun) slit in center and apply garlic chutney and mint chutney on each side and put vada in between and press little.

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy with hot tea or coffee
