  • 2beef top sirloin steaks

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the two eggs and lay out breadcrumbs

  2. 2

    Cook rice in boiling water for 8-15 min

  3. 3

    Dip steak in eggs than breading than cook on both sides on med heat for 2-5 min on each side

  4. 4

    Plate and enjoy
