Chinese Rice with Fried Beef

Cook your rice and allow it to be soft almost 5 minutes to get cooked and strain with a bit of salt. the left 5 minutes will give you the chances to add up remaining ingredients and allow to blend up with the rice.

Wash and cut the raw ingredients, boil the springonion and carrots,give it 2-3 minutes boil,depending on the quantity. the app did not allow me to to put the whole picture,but this are the ingredients need to be boiled.

Make your seasoned scramble eggs and keep aside with the remaining ingredients as shown in the picture.

Get a large deep pan,pour enough oil that will be enough for the rice,add in the thyme, little curry,peace, enough seasoning,salt,the red bell pepper,scotch bonnet and scrambled eggs and give it 4 minutes good stir, add in the boiled carrots and spring onion and carrots, taste it if anything is needed,close it and give it 1_2 minutes steam and serve hot.

For the beef, seasong it and give it a soft cook and fry it with the oil you will use for the rice and serve on top or by the side of the dish.

Note: For the rice,you can cook it with the seasoning, and spices to blend well if you are afraid of any mistake. Any method is acceptable.
