Ingredients

  • Pork cutlets (bite-sized)
  • Marinade
  • 1.5 tbspMarmite
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspsweet sauce
  • 1.5 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1egg white (beaten)
  • 5 tbsppotato starch or deep frying flour
  • Sauce
  • 1 tspMarmite
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspdark soy sauce
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1 tbspcorn starch + water mixture

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade pork for 20 to 30 mins

  2. 2

    Add egg white and frying flour and coat well

  3. 3

    Deep or air fry pork cutlets until crispy, approx 30 mins @ 150 degrees. Deep frying is faster, approx 15 mins

  4. 4

    Drain pork and set aside

  5. 5

    Combine sauces and water in bowl (without corn starch mixture) and mix well until Marmite is dissolved. Bring to boil in wok or pan

  6. 6

    Add pork into the sauce and pour corn starch mixture until thicken. Coat evenly

  7. 7

    Serve!
