Ingredients

25minutes
2 servings
  • 1tomato paste
  • 2 cubesknor maggi
  • medium sized onion
  • 2 piecesbay leaves
  • 2milk cups of rice
  • 1boiled egg
  • 1/4milk cup of groundnut oil
  • 2table spoons of grinded pepper(fresh ones)
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 handfulgrinded crayfish
  • to tastesalt

Steps

25minutes
  1. 1

    Slice onion and add to your tomato paste

  2. 2

    Put the oil on the fire and allow to heat. Once heated, add your onion and tomato paste

  3. 3

    Add the fresh pepper and onion, fry along for 10minutes

  4. 4

    Add the cup of water to the fries and add other ingredients, allow for 5minutes to heat

  5. 5

    Wash your rice and parboil for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Wash the par-boiled and set aside

  7. 7

    Mix your fries with the parboiled rice and cook for 10minutes

  8. 8

    Boil your egg and slice it to make your decorations on your cooked rice. If need be
