Ingredients

  1. 500 gGreen peas, frozen
  2. 2 cChicken stock
  3. 1Brown onion, finely chopped
  4. Pouring cream, for serve
  5. Garlic chives, for garnish
  6. Toasted pine nuts, for garnish
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper
  8. 1 tbsprice bran oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put a pot on the stove at medium high heat, add rice bran oil and brown onion, stir until soft and clear color.

    Pour the chicken stock into the pot and heat until boiling, add green peas and heat around 3-4 minutes,add salt and pepper for your taste. Remove from the heat

    Use a stick blender to blend until the mixture is almost smooth.

  4. 4

    Ladle to the serving bowl and garnish with pouring cream, toasted pine nuts and garlic chive. Done and enjoy:)
