Wash and peel plantain. Cut into halves. Melt butter in stock or water. Season and put in the plantain to cook for 10 minutes. Strain and allow to rest.

Make a braised cut for the veggies and stir fry. Check taste and season with curry, salt and cube seasoning.

Marinate. Sear chicken then braise for 20 to 25 minutes and mix into the sauce. Allow sauce to rest and serve after wards.
