Ingredients

  1. 400 gchicken breast
  2. 4 stalksAsparagus
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 1red or green pepper chopped
  5. Olive oil for frying vegetables
  6. 4medium potatoes peeled and cubed into small pieces
  7. 5 clovesgarlic
  8. 200 mlmilk
  9. 5 tablespoonscake flour
  10. 1 table spoonbutter
  11. 1/3 cupcheese of choice I used Parmesan

  1. 1

    Remove chicken skin and cut into cubes heat oil in pan

  2. 2

    Peel potatoes add garlic and half if onion and boil. Once cooked mash all ingredients and set aside

  3. 3

    Chop remaining vegetables and add with chicken into pan and fry till cooked

  4. 4

    Once cooked add butter till melted then add flour one spoon at a time and stir into chicken mixture for 5 minutes add salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Add milk to chicken mixture and stirs till thickened. Empty into oven compatible dish

  6. 6

    Spread potatoes mixture on top of chicken till it covers all chicken

  7. 7

    Sprinkle cheese on top then place in oven for 15 minutes or until slightly brown and cheese has melted

  8. 8

    Serve with a salad or side of your choice
