Remove chicken skin and cut into cubes heat oil in pan

Peel potatoes add garlic and half if onion and boil. Once cooked mash all ingredients and set aside

Chop remaining vegetables and add with chicken into pan and fry till cooked

Once cooked add butter till melted then add flour one spoon at a time and stir into chicken mixture for 5 minutes add salt and pepper to taste

Add milk to chicken mixture and stirs till thickened. Empty into oven compatible dish

Spread potatoes mixture on top of chicken till it covers all chicken

Sprinkle cheese on top then place in oven for 15 minutes or until slightly brown and cheese has melted

Serve with a salad or side of your choice
