Ingredients

  1. 2Boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1Chopped Onion
  3. 1 TbspCoconut oil
  4. 2 TbspSoy sauce
  5. 2 TbspBrown sugar
  6. 1 TbspRice Flour
  7. 1 CupSweet salsa/other salsa
  8. 1-2 CupPeanut Butter
  9. 2 TbspSriracha
  10. to taste Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients into a blender, to desired consistency. Do not put the chicken in the blender.

  2. 2

    Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour on top the blended mixture. Cook on high for about 6 hours.

  3. 3

    Add more salsa and/or Sriracha for a bit more kick.

  4. 4

    Cut up or shred the chicken and serve all over rice. Enjoy!
