Wash rice and soak it in water. Take a pan and add 2 cup boiled water in it.put 1/2 tsp salt in it and soya chunks once the water starts to boil. Cover the pan with a plate and leave for 20 minutes.

In cooker heat ghee and add cumin seeds and all spices. Then add the soya chunks and green peas and put them into the roasted masala and mix well.add water and rice and mix them too into the masala. Mix well and roast for 2-3 minutes and close the lid of cooker.

Pressure cook for up to 1 whistle and turn off the flame. Take out half the pressure from the cooker by liffting the whistle with a spoon. Once the steam comes out open the lid of the cooker and add lemon juice and mix well. and let the pulav cool down a little and serve.
