Mix all dry ingredients---set aside

Beat eggs until frothy

Beat in oil---vanilla---sugar until thick and foamy

Stir in dry ingredients--- zucchini--- pineapple and egg mixture.

Place in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350 for 1hr or when toothpick comes out dry.

If using raisins---add 1/4 cup in step 4.
