4 sandwiches

3large boiled eggs
3 cupschopped cooked chicken
1/3 cupchopped celery
8 slicesbread toasted
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1 teaspoonyellow prepared mustard
To tastebread and butter pickles see my recipe or store bought
To tastesalt
1/2 teaspoonground smoked paprika
1medium sized tomato sliced
1/3 teaspoononion powder
1-1/2 tablespoonschopped parsley flakes
1-1/2 tablespoonsfinely chopped red bell pepper
2 teaspoonHorseradish

Chop the red bell pepper

Boil the eggs. Peel the eggs and chop them up.

Mix all the ingredients except the pickle, tomato, and bread.

Toast the bread

Add mixed chicken salad to bread.

Add sliced tomato and pickles.

Top with the other slice of bread.
