Very nice tea treats. I got this recipe from the Sasko recipe book and tried it.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, bicarbonate of soda and sugar. Rub in the soft butter until it resembles bread crumbs. Add lightly beaten eggs and knead into a soft dough. Roll on a flat surface with a rolling pin making a rectangular shape. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle all over with cinnamon sugar. Roll two long sides of the rectangle till they meet in the middle.

Place on a tray and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up. Then cut into slices and place in a baking tray.

Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
