Fry onion, peppers and ginger, garlic & dhanya for 2 min

Add rajah then add grated carrots stir and leave it min or so

Squeeze water out of the grated cauliflower and add to the mixture let it cook for 2 min

Add eggs in the mixture and stir. Add salt not too much stir and cover. Lower your heat and cook for another 2 min

I served it with my left-over chicken strips
