  1. 5irish Potatoes
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1fresh tomatoes
  4. 2medium fresh pepper
  5. 1/2bulb onions
  6. to tastesalt
  7. veg oil for frying
  8. 1 dashmaggi powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel irish potato and cut in strip, wash and salt it and set it aside; heat up frying pan and veg oil fro frying and once the oil is hot, fry irish potato and drain in a sieve once its ready

    Dice tomatoes, pepper and onions and set aside, heat up frying pan and a tablespoon of veg oil and once its hot add onions after 2mins add tomatoes and pepper, little salt and the dash of maggi powder and stir

    Break eggs in a bowl add little salt and whisk, pour the eggs into the sauce and allow it cake before scrambling the egg, once the egg is ready, turn off heat

    Serve fries with scramble omelette
