Cut the fish fillet into 3equal pieces and deep fry them until golden brown.

On a saucepan fry the chopped onions until golden brown and and the diced tomatoes salt and soy sauce and beat them together and cook.

Deep the deep fried fillets in the cooking sauce and cover it for a few min and it's ready.

Goes well with greens and ugali. Enjoy
