Every ingredient on my dish happened to be a last thought but luckily the dish turned out delicious.

Boil your peas untill they are soft. Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Add two glasses of water and let them boil. Add your rice and let it cook on low heat. Once well cooked remove from heat and leave it covered.

Beat your egg and season it as desired. Place flour and breadcrumbs in different plates. Also prepare your oil for deep frying.

Take your chicken, coat with flour then egg and later breadcrumbs. If your frying oil is well heated and smoky fry the chicken for about 10 minutes. Place the chicken on a serviette to dry the excess oil. (If your chicken is kienyeji you may consider boiling it first before coating to avoid frustrations)

Prepare your sauce by slicing your cucumber and adding yoghurt to it.
