2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspnutmeg
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cuppumpkin
1/2 cupvegetable
1egg

preheat oven to 400°F.

grease 10 muffin pan cups.

sift dry ingredients into a large bowl

beat egg in a medium bowl. add sugar, milk, pumpkin, and oil

add LIQUID to DRY and mix just until comined

fill muffin cups 2/3 of the way

bake 15 to 18 minutes

remove from pan and cool, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

not as sweet as I was hoping they'd be and they could use more pumpkin too. great most fluffy texture though!
