Steps

Roast rava with tsp of oil till it get golden shade.

Heat ghee in kadhai, add mustard seeds in hot ghee and wait till it start crackling. Add soaked urad dal, curry leaves, hing and chopped green chilli.

Once urad dal get fried add onion and cook it till it starts looking transperent. Add rava in it and mix it.

Once rava gets well kixed with onion, add boiling water and curd in it. Add salt and mix it. Just that time add tomato as well and put lid on and let it cook for 4'5 mins. Give a stirs between some times.

Garnish it with coriander.
