Steps

Take onions tomatoes ginger garlic capsicum and green chillies.

Wash mushrooms and keep a side

Gind and make a paste or puree.

Take a kadhai, heat oil...add whole spices...like jeera, tez patta, laung etc

Now add two onions chopped length wise

When the onions turn little pink add the puree or onions tomatoes ginger and garlic....fry it on low flame till the sides leaves oil.

Add spices into it.

Now add mushrooms and saute it for 5 minutes

Finally add fresh cream or malai.... keep it covered on slow flame for 5 minutes

Mushroom do pyaza is ready to serve.
