Usually made with lots of cashewnuts and calories but i am replace it with onion and cauliflower paste have a look
Steps

Take a pan heat and then add low fat milk and boil,then add sliced onion,grated cauliflower,dal chini,tej patte,cloves,garlic pieces mix and saute

Cook till milk is absorbed.

Off the gas keep it for cooling.

Meanwhile boil the vegetables.

Now make a paste of onion and cauliflower with help of a blender.

Now heat a pan add jeera,sauf and dry roast,then add onion paste and saute.

Take low fat milk in a bowl add curd and besan and mix well so that no lums can form with help of a whisker.

Now add it in a pan with paste and mix well and saute.

Now add salt and garam masala powder to it and mix.

Then add boiled vegetables and mix if need water then add according to it.

Now serve it in a bowl add garnish with some chopped corinder leaves and enjoy😍
