Ek Kadhi mey 1spoon oil garam karein usme jeera daale.

Ab isme moong daal, chopped green chilli, dhaniya powder, red chilli power, haldi powder, garam masala powder, daale aur achche se mix karein.

Ab 1 cup paani daale, salt to taste daale aur 10min dhak kar pakaye.

Jab paani sukh jaye aur daal soft ho jaye tab gas band kar de.

Ab green coriander se garnished karein aur thanda hone de.

Ab daal ko halka sa hath se mash karein. Ab green coriander daale.

Roti ke liye-2katori atta le usme 1/2 spoon ajwaain daale aur thoda salt daale.

Ab paani daale aur mix karein aur atta guthe.

Ab atte ki choti choti 2 roti bele.

Ek roti ke bich mey daal ki staffing dale aur uske upar dusri roti rakhe aur thoda sa said ko press karein.

Ab iska parathaa bele.

Ab tawa garam karein aur paratha ko halka oil laga kar seke.

Garma garam paratha ko dahi ya green chutney ke saat sarve karein.
