Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 cupbutter milk (chachh)
  3. 2 cuppani
  4. Salt
  5. Ginger and garlic paste
  6. Halfteaspoon haldi powder
  7. Tadaka ke liye ingredients - 1 table spoon oil, 1 teaspoon rai,
  8. 1 tea spoontill
  9. 1 pinchhing
  10. 3/4Green chili
  11. Half tsp lal mirchi powder
  12. leavesCurry
  13. 1 table spooncoriander leaves
  14. 1 table spoonanar dane

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek bowl me besan, butter milk, (chhach), pani, salt, ginger and garlic paste, haldi powder dalke mix karein.

    Gutali na rahe vese gol gol hilake mix karein.

  3. 3

    Ab cooker me 3 glass pani dale uper stand rakhe our stand ke uper pateli me besan ka batter dal ke rakhe.

  4. 4

    Pateli ko bhi dhakkan se dhank de ab cooker ko bhi dhank do or 7 se 8 whistle me pakaye.

  5. 5

    Ager kachha lage to phir se thodi sitti hone de

  6. 6

    Ab bahar nikal ke thoda thoda leke thali ke uper spread karein.

  7. 7

    Ab thanda hone de. Jab thanda ho jaye tab kat ke roll banaiye.

  8. 8

    Ek kadhai me oil daliye ab us me rai, hing, kadhi patte, hari mirchi, till sab dal ke tadaka lagaye or khandavi ke uper dale.

  9. 9

    Thoda lal mirchi powder dale. Dhaniya patti dale anar dane dale ab hamari khandavi taiyar he.
