Make wonton wrappers: gently mix egg with water and salt. flour in a bowl add egg and water mixture. form a dough. leave for 30 mins. roll out very thin. cut in even squares. can store in freezer.

preheat oven to 180°

place a thin slice of apple and chocolate on top of wonton wraper.

brush the edges with water and tpp it with another wonton wraper and press the edges to seal.

do the same with the rest

place parcels on a lightly greaced baking tray.

brush the tops with butter

bake for 8-10 mins. or until golden

serve dusted with icing sugar
