  1. 2Tuna steaks
  2. 1 pinchSalt
  3. 1 pinchBlack Pepper
  4. 1 tbspSesame Seed ( black, white or combination of both)
  5. 5 tbspOlive Oil

20 mins
  1. 1

    Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Pour sesame seeds over tuna steaks trying to cover them entirely.

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil on a pan.

  4. 4

    Fry tuna steaks on heated olive oil. 2 minutes each side. In case tune steaks were frozen I would cook for about 3-4 minutes each side.
