heat oven to 400

brown meat

brown onions

mix meat,onion and cheese soup in bowl. then sit a side

place one layer of tots in non stick pan

then add mixture on top of (frozen) tots...then add layer of cheese
7

add another layer of tots

cook 45 mins or until tots on top layer are golden brown
