I bought goat meat today, i didn't know how to prepare it at first then i decided to roast it.

Take meat, wash and cut strips or you can tell the guy at the butchery to do cut for you (roasting style)

Marinate goat meat with salt then put in the jiko/ bbq and start roasting the goat meat.

Roast the beef both sides until both sides have turned golden brown.
- 4
Roast both sides then serve with Ugali.
