  • 10Red Onions (peeled and sliced)
  • 200 gramsButter
  • 2 literBeef Stock
  • 300 mlRed Wine
  • 1 dashWorcestire Sauce
  • 3 pinchthyme leaves
  • 2 cloveGarlic (finely choped)
  • 1 pinchSalt and Pepper to season

    Sweat onions in a pot with the butter until they start to turn brown

  2. 2

    add all the other ingredients and simmer for around 45 minutes
