  2. 200 gramsButter
  3. 2 literBeef Stock
  4. 300 mlRed Wine
  5. 1 dashWorcestire Sauce
  6. 3 pinchthyme leaves
  7. 2 cloveGarlic (finely choped)
  8. 1 pinchSalt and Pepper to season

    Sweat onions in a pot with the butter until they start to turn brown

  2. 2

    add all the other ingredients and simmer for around 45 minutes
