Rinse basmati rice and soak it in water for atleast 20 mins

Grind pepper cinnamon cloves and cardamom to a fine powdr

In a pressure cooker heat oil and ghee then add pepper powder and green chilli crackles add ginger garlic paste saute till slightly browned then add onions and saute till golden brown then add peas and corn and salt then stir

Drain water from soaked basmati rice and add it mix well then add water and pressure cook in medium flame for 2 or 3 whistles

Once the pressure cooker release open add a tsp of desi ghee and give a quick mix serve hot
