Roasted beef heart with cucumber salad and garlic soy reduc

First prep the salad. Cut the cucumber julienne,and strip the onion and chilli.

Combine wet ingredients and minced garlic for dressing except (soy sauce). And dress the salad and set aside.

Season the beef heart with salt and pepper and sear all sides, and finish in oven for 15 mins on 200 degrees celcius or until cooked.

For the reduc combine soysauce,lemon juice,sugar and garlic clove and reduc on low heat till desired consistency.

Then plate. Serve and enjoy :)
