Ingredients

  • 1. Methi seeds 60 gm
  • 2. Whole wheat flour 250 gm
  • 3. Gum 1 tbsp
  • 4. Jaggery 200 g
  • 5. Ghee 1/3 cup
  • 6. Garden Cress Seeds (Haliv/Aliv) 1 tbsp
  • 7. Poppy Seeds (Khaskhs) ½ tsp
  • 8. Dry coconut powder roasted 1 tbsp
  • 9. Almond, dried date, cashew roasted and powdered 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast methi seeds and keep aside to cool.

  2. 2

    Dry roast whole wheat flour and keep aside to cool.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients except ghee and grind them.

  4. 4

    Heat ghee and pour on a mixture.

  5. 5

    Mix well and make laddoos.
