  1. Meat mix
  2. 500 gramsmince meat
  3. 1chorizo or bacon
  4. 1 largeonion
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 150 gramsbread crumbs
  7. 2 largeeggs
  8. 150 mlpassata
  9. Cheese Sauce
  10. 150 mlsingle cream
  11. 50 gramschedder cheese
  12. 25 gramsblue cheese
  13. 125 gramssliced bread
  14. 1 mediumegg yolk

    Preheat oven gas mark 4

  2. 2

    Cut tin foil and place on a baking tray with a dash of oil

  3. 3

    Put mince and chorizo or bacon in a bowl with chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add passatta, 150g bread crumbs and two large eggs

  4. 4

    Knead meat mixture and spread out evenly on foil

  5. 5

    To make cheese sauce; in a pan bring cream to the boil

  6. 6

    Add cheese, egg yolk and bread slices. Mix until a pastry texture

  7. 7

    Spread cheese sauce onto meat evenly

  8. 8

    gently pull foil from under meat so that it rolls like a Swiss roll, discard foil

  9. 9

    cook in oven 45 mins
