Cut tin foil and place on a baking tray with a dash of oil

Put mince and chorizo or bacon in a bowl with chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add passatta, 150g bread crumbs and two large eggs

Knead meat mixture and spread out evenly on foil

To make cheese sauce; in a pan bring cream to the boil

Add cheese, egg yolk and bread slices. Mix until a pastry texture

Spread cheese sauce onto meat evenly

gently pull foil from under meat so that it rolls like a Swiss roll, discard foil

cook in oven 45 mins
