Aloo ko tord le usme salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, peas, hara dhaniya dale, achhi tarah mix karein.

Then, dough se ek poori ke barabar ki loi le or square shape mein bele.

Ab ise charo taraf se fold karein.

Then, back side aloo stuff karein.

Ab back side se ek ek side ko khole.

Deep fry karein golden brown hone tak.
