Mandazi are one of my favorite dishes. I like them especially when taken early in the morning. They just make my day.
Steps

Put the flour in a bowl. Add in all the dry ingredients(sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, baking powder)

Mix very well then add in blue band. Mix to form a crumps then add in eggs. Mix very well

Then warm the milk in the microwave and add to the flour.

Start kneading the dough until it forms a soft dough.

Allow the dough to rest for a 30 minutes.

Then roll the dough in flat surface then to get circular shapes use a cup.

Cut the mandazi. Or you can use a knife to cut into your desired shapes.

Heat oil in a heavy skillet on medium to high heat.

Put the mandazi in the oil to cook one by one cook until golden brown on each side.

Then put in a paper towel to dry then serve.
