To make a pizza dooh, mix the yeast in warm milk and water and knead softy with the flour.

Cover the mixture with a clean kitchen cloth and put in a warm place to allow the dooh to relax and prove and double in size

To make the base brown the crushed garlic-ginger

Add the finely chopped onions to brown to a golden colour then add the finely chopped capsicums and carrots to fry

Add the chopped tomatoes to cook until full mashed

Add the tomato paste and the herbs (thyme, oregano, basil and rosemary) then add water or vegetable stock. Allow to simmer gently for 20 mins

Now spread your dough into a nice smooth and fork it with a fork

Spread your base smoothly on the dough

Add the cheddar cheese on top and take it to a preheated oven and bake for 15 mins at 180°c

Have your toppings ready and mozzarella cheese grated

Place your toppings and distribute them evenly on your base

Add tomatoes slices on top

Add grated monzella cheese

Take back to oven and bake for another 15mins until all the cheese has melted
