Ingredients

  1. stock of your choice or
  2. 1cube of vegetable bouillion with 200ml of water
  3. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  4. Carrot and silky egg tofu
  5. 1carrot cut in ring
  6. 1 packagesegg tofu cut in ring
  7. 1 bunchscallion optional
  8. garnish
  9. 1 1/2 tbspvegetarian mushrooms sauce

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    boil stock then add carrot and let it simmer for 5 minute till soft

  2. 2

    add tofu simmer another 1 minute

  3. 3

    serve hot.

:ohyeaah got rave reviews for this one though it's so simple to do! cooked carrots and tofu separately and drowned them in stock. added enoki mushrooms cos we love that. yums
