Ingredients

  1. 1 packetnachos
  2. 1 tinpinto beans (drained and rinsed)
  3. 1onion
  4. 2avocados
  5. 1/2 tindrained and rinsed corn
  6. Jalapeno slices to taste
  7. 6 tbsppeppadew salsa (from Woolies)
  8. 3 tbspnutritional yeast
  9. 5 dropsliquid smoke
  10. 1 tspminced garlic
  11. 1 tbspvinegar
  12. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by frying your pinto beans in a little coconut oil

  2. 2

    Add your garlic, liquid smoke and nutritional yeast and stir well

  3. 3

    Once all combined roughly mash beans a little (mixture will be dry and sticky)

  4. 4

    Make your guacamole by adding diced onion, mashed avos, salt, pepper and vinegar...yummy

  5. 5

    The final step is now to just layer your ingredients

  6. 6

    Start with nachos, then corn, beans, guacamole, salsa and finally jalapenos

  7. 7

    Use your hands and tuck in!
