Ingredients

  • 300 gmsflour
  • 150 gmssugar
  • 20 gmssalt
  • 150 gmsbutter
  • 1Croaker fish
  • Ketchup
  • Bama
  • Eva milk
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix your flour in a bowl with the sugar and the salt together with the butter and make a soft pastry....

  2. 2

    After making the pastry leave it and let it rest for like 5 mints

  3. 3

    Get you Croaker fish scaled all the scales and season and put in the oven to grill for 45min

  4. 4

    After your fish is well grilled so bring it out leave it and let it cool

  5. 5

    On a flour surface roll out your pastry wide to contain the fish..put the fifh on the pastry and add the ketchup, the Eva milk, the chopped onions, the chopped tomatoes, and add the Bama at last....sprinkle over little of sesame oil...and wrap it all over with the plastry...you can add your own design to it after the wrap...and put it back to the over for it to bake for another 45mins....you can enjoy!!!
